Clean and all original '61 Gibson J-50. Mahogany back and sides, Spruce top, Mahogany neck, Rosewood fingerboard and bridge (adjustable,) dot inlays, big guard. Slim neck profile, plays really well, shows very minor wear with a few light dings to the body and some attractive lacquer crazing. Typical pickguard/E String crack which has been re-glued long ago, and is stable. Original medium jumbo frets with plenty of height left. The adjustable bridges of this era can vary however early ceramic models such as this one are often the best sounding. This classic sloped-shoulder flat top projects particularly well and makes a great finger picker or strummer. It includes original soft shell croc case.
All original and in excellent condition.
